Our Social Projects:

• “La Forza e il Sorriso”: Sinerga is a part of a special initiative sponsored by Cosmetica Italia (National Association of Cosmetic Companies) inspired by the international experience of the program "Look Good Feel Better", born in the United States in 1989 and currently present in 26 countries. The program helps women in therapy for cancer trought the creation of free beauty workshops intended to offer them useful advice and practical suggestions of how to cope with the secondary effects of therapies and regain a sense of well-being and self-esteem without sacrificing their femininity.
   
• Giasone Project: Sinerga supports the “Giasone Project” a social initiative promoting the employment of people affected by physical disabilities, mental retardation, psychiatric illnesses and at risk of marginalization. The Project offers them the opportunity to participate in training programs aimed at integrating them in the working environment.
  
  
• La casa gialla Onlus project:  Sinerga decided to donate each year Easter eggs to its employees by purchasing them through a donation to the onlus "La casa gialla associazione", whose aim is to create loving educational communities for minors. 
  
  

• FAI Corporate golden donor: in 2024 Sinerga has decided to join the network of supporters of FAI (Italian Environment Foundation): a non-profit foundation established in 1975, today FAI is an important point of reference for the protection, conservation and enhancement of the Italian historical, artistic and landscape heritage. Becoming a Corporate Golden Donor allows Sinerga to actively contribute to the enhancement of the environment and Italian culture, recognizing the important work carried out by FAI. This decision represents a further step taken by Sinerga in increasing its social and environmental responsibility and makes an excellent opportunity for our entire team to learn more about the Italian heritage.
